loud noises

don't waste your time here. the breakfast was NOT fresh and the toaster was dirty. i also had to endure loud noises all night due to thin walls. i can't believe they didn't even offer me an upgrade! maybe if they treated me like a valued guest, i woudl ve had a better experience. just couldn't leave a good review.

My stay was marred by serious cleanliness issues. The room and bathroom were dirty, with noticeable mold and hair left behind. Additionally, there was no daily service to clean up or restock essentials, making the experience less than satisfactory.

The waterfront location was perfect for exploring downtown. the new heat pumps kept the room cozy without noise. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved. sometimes it felt a bit limited.
